Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for complete peace of mind. Our experienced team take the utmost care with all items they handle, however, we want you to relax knowing you are covered just in case of any accidental damage.
How much will it cost?
Costs are determined by factors such as the size of your current and future property, the belongings you need to transport and the level of support you decide upon. We will provide a detailed quote before work begins so that our pricing is transparent and there are no unexpected costs.
Can my family help with my move?
Your family can be as involved as you would like. The level of input your family can provide can be discussed with your Move Manager, which we can incorporate into your quote. We can coordinate with relatives or carers.
Will I always be talking to the same person?
Yes, you will be allocated a Move Manager, who will be present through every aspect of your move, and will be available to contact should you have any questions.
Can you put up my blinds or curtains?
We have partnerships with other services who would be able to do this for you. Your Move Manager would be able to organise this in time with your moving day, to ensure you are comfortable for your first night in your new property.
Can you help if I’m not sure what to keep?
Absolutely. Our downsizing support is gentle, patient and never rushed. We can also help to check that your existing furniture will fit into your new property.
What happens to the things I don’t want anymore?
It’s completely up to you. We will help you decide which items to gift, keep, donate or recycle. If possible, we can try to make donations to a charity of your choice.
What happens if I need more support than I realised?
It’s best to let your Move Manager know as soon as you realise, that way we can do our best to accommodate any changes to suit your situation.
Will you keep my family up to date?
With your permission, we can update your family as much or as little as you would like with your move as it progresses.
